- executing, negotiating and providing opinions on all type of advertising agreements, including but not limited to, radio, television , press and Internet advertisement.;
- executing, negotiating and providing opinions on all Event Sponsorship Agreements, including but not limited to, cultural, commercial, artistic and sport ones;
- executing, negotiating and providing opinions on all agreements concerning the realization of advertising and promotional campaigns , including but not limited to, agency, telemarketing, email marketing , photographer agreements as well as agreements with an executive producer, director, graphic, model, actor, lector etc.
- executing, negotiating and providing opinions on all product placement agreements
- legal advice on matters concerning the preparation of concept and objectives of advertising and promotional campaigns, including giving opinions on TV and radio commercials projects as well as press and Internet projects.;
- legal advice on matters regarding the conditions of advertisement of all regulated products, including but not limited to, alcohol, tobacco, medicinal and food products;
- preparation of competitions, polls, plebiscites, promotional lotteries, sales promotion regulations and other marketing activities;
- preparation of documents related to marketing actions, including appropriate consents for the use of competition works, image or voice, artistic performance, personal data processing, distribution of commercial information;
- preparation and giving opinions on the content of advertising and promotional materials;
- legal advice on matters concerning the administration of complaints related to the organization of all marketing actions such as competitions, polls, plebiscites, promotional lotteries;
- legal advice and representation in case of litigation concerning the execution of all advertising and promotional activities and due performance of commercial contracts;
