• In 1994 he completed a three-year internship at the Court of Appeal in Cracow and has sat the judicial examination;
• In 1995 he passed an examination for the Licensed Legal Advisor and obtained the title of a legal advisor;
• In 2006 he completed the Executive Master of Business Administration degree studies (MBA) in cooperation with the University of Gdansk, validated by RSM Erasmus University in Rotterdam;
• legal advisor for 16 years, many years Director of the Legal Department of one of the biggest international publishing companies in Poland – at present, he holds the position of an attorney;
• specializes in a widely understood legal assistance for enterpreneurs – in particular in the field of civil, commercial, economic, labour and intellectual property law as well as in possesional transformation, M&A and real estate law;
• conducts a wide range of complicated ligitaion and arbitration proceedings in favour of his clients – in the field of civil, copyright, press, labour law as well as the one concerning payment issues;
• participates in the works of a team of experts of the Polish Chamber of Press Publishers dealing mostly with the amendments to the copyright and press law regulations;
• fluent in written and spoken English
