The attorney’s assistance services for employees in a range of labour law comprises:

  • the ongoing service to employers concerning labour law;
  • consulting services in a range of the most beneficial way of hiring employees/co-workers and the preparation of employment and mandate contracts, contract for specific work, non-competition agreements, management contracts and other necessary documents;
  • preparation of the rules of procedure, remuneration rules, the employees’ social fund, a non-disclosure clause, procedures, etc;
  • consulting services in a range of the most safest and most secure way for dissolving the contract of employment with employees/co-workers and drafting documents concerning the dissolution of those agreements;
