• in 2011 – passed an examination for the Licensed Legal Advisor;
• graduated from the Post-Graduate Studies of Polish and European Commercial Companies’ Law at the Warsaw School of Economics, at the Faculty of Management and Finance;
• former employee of the Law Department of the National Labour Inspectorate where he dealt with the verification and registration of the Corporate Collective Labour Agreements for Employees, legal assistance and representation of the Inspectorate before the Labour Court in disputes with employers;
• a former employee of a large Warsaw construction company, where as a worker of a legal department took an active part in the restructuring of the company regarding the formal-legal changes and the employment structure in order to adjust it to the present economic conditions;
• for the last years – an employee of a legal department of one of the biggest publishing companies in Poland, where he dealt with the ongoing legal service of the company and other entities affiliated with it;
• specializes in commercial, economic, press, labour and intellectual property law. He has also the experience to represent companies and natural persons before courts and administrative authorities in the above-mentioned range;
• fluent in written and spoken English.
